At Small Dog Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technology purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number for the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
